Frequency of Lubrication:

Lubricate your High Speed Chuck daily (assuming normal use of 6 days per week, 10 hours a day).  You should also disassemble and clean your High Speed Chuck every 200 hours under the same conditions. If machining harder materials such as cast iron, more frequent cleaning is recommended.

Indications for High Speed Chuck cleaning:

• Part slippage
  

• Loss of jaw travel
  

• Slow opening and closing

We suggest the use of a jaw force gauge to monitor the grip force of your High Speed Chuck and determine the frequency of maintenance
